Refund Policy

Terms for cancellations and service refunds.

Cancellation before service start

You may cancel before service begins. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds after service begins

If service has started, refunds are prorated based on unperformed work and parts already used.

How to request a refund

Email helpdesk@evolfelimited.link with the subject “Refund” and include your name, device details, and contact information.

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for completed diagnostic consultations or fully delivered services.
